We take utmost care in delivering healthy and well-packed plants.

🌿 Returns

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Plant delivered is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product is defective

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Healthy plants after successful delivery

  • Orders delayed due to incorrect address

  • Products damaged due to improper care after delivery

💰 Refunds

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to original payment method

🔄 Replacement Option

We may offer replacement instead of refund, depending on availability.
